About the Role
We are seeking a driven HR professional to support business entities within Emtek Group operating in Social Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and Multi-Channel Network (MCN) environments.
This role combines strategic HR business partnering with strong end-to-end talent acquisition ownership. You will work closely with business leaders to align workforce strategy with aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven digital ecosystem.
This position requires someone who understands how creator economy, affiliate performance models, and digital commerce businesses operate — and how talent directly drives revenue.
Job Description
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with leaders to translate business goals into hiring and workforce plans
- Support manpower planning, organization design, and capability mapping
- Provide HR advisory on team structure, productivity, and people-related challenges
- Analyze HR metrics to generate insights and recommendations
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment process across commercial, operations, tech, and creator-facing roles
- Develop effective sourcing strategies within social commerce and affiliate ecosystems
- Build strong pipelines for performance-driven roles (e.g., affiliate managers, KOL specialists, campaign strategists)
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and positive candidate experience
- Continuously improve hiring speed, quality, and process efficiency
Talent & Organizational Support
- Support performance review processes and talent discussions
- Identify retention risks and propose actionable solutions
- Contribute to engagement initiatives in high-growth, dynamic teams
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and business partnering
- Experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital media, or MCN industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of creator economy, performance marketing, and revenue-based team structures
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to support HR decisions
